Signing the SPA for Bioriginal‘s 5th acquisition in the past 12 months & the largest in our 30 year history.

This acquisition will add 50+ new staff and a 54,000 ft² facility to our group of companies. It will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary servicing numerous international clients with Bioriginal becoming its largest customer & vendor.

This facility adds 7 major technologies to our group including Concentration, Deodorization, Winterization & Refining of Algal, Marine & Plant Oils, Ethanol Extraction of Oils, 5-Log Kill-Step and Spray Drying.

It also expands our technical abilities & new product development capabilities to one of industry’s largest group of pHD’s with several labs focused on innovation.

Over 9 months of negotiations, thousands of emails and countless hours by many including a great team at our corporate parent,Cooke Inc. , made this transaction possible.

This acquisition will close in late January expanding Bioriginal to 8 manufacturing facilities on 2 continents firmly positioning the company as one of the world’s leading manufacturers of Omega 3-6-9’s, Organic Proteins and Patented Nutraceuticals.
