Nutiva LLC, the world’s leading brand of organic culinary oils & proteins, has signed a 10 year exclusive global supply agreement with Bioriginal Food & Science.

As both firms are private financial details were not released other than the contract is worth hundreds of millions with the potential for it to exceed $1b over 10 years.

As part of the agreement Bioriginal is absorbing all Nutiva Supply Chain & Operations staff as it will focus on new product innovation, marketing & sales.

As a result of this major contract win Bioriginal’s Saskatoon factory is now running 24 hrs.
